A credit or debit card is required to reserve a room. Upon check-in a hold will be placed in the amount $150.00 for incidentals. Upon check-out, the suite will be assessed for damages. If damages beyond normal wear are found, the card on file will be charged the full amount being held. If no damages are found, the hold will be removed. Same process will be followed if a $150 cash deposit was collected.
